"This is a shuttle cock. Not a tennis ball yaar".
Each time I hear this statement, I feel a pang deep inside.
Yesterday evening, it reached my ears. When Shreya, a kid from the neighbourhood asked me to play Badminton with her.
I have never known how to play Badminton. That is because, I have played Lawn Tennis. Always.
I was fascinated by this game. As a kid, I grew up watching my cousin playing it.

I still remember the day as such.
September 10, 1999
Playing against Surabhi Kalia. Distt Level.
I was one point behind her. When I suffered that Bronchitis attack. I went breathless and everything turned dark.
My mom says I was all blue.

You know how moms are.
I was forbidden to watch the game even on TV then on.

10 years almost.
Anyhow, they say, "life is what happens when everything is going fine".

P.S. I know I had never become a Sania Mirza. :D

Hmmm i agree...

life is what happens when everything is going fine....

it sucks sometimes u know when life stops for a second while you were really running fine with everything...

I read it somewhere "when you dont expect anything, you would be happiest in the world and life wouldnt matter to you when you are happy..."
But not expecting anything.....errrr

is that possible? by us? we are humans right?

So its sort of diplomatic you see..

Coming back to offline things..

Thanks for visiting my blog..I appreciate that and glad if u really liked it..:)

Cheers

It sucks when something like bronchitis doesn't let you follow your heart... but then again, that's how life can be at times.

Take care, cheers...
