What is it all about?
I wanted to share another incidence with you guys- my bua (dad's sis) believes in astrology and all and she took me to an astrologer (that is another torture story, some other time). There was a guy with his mother who was getting horoscopes matched.
The case was a love story, the astrologer was saying that this is not a suitable match as the girl’s stars dint match with the guy's so the guy could fall fatally ill after the wedding. The guy's mother seemed scared, but the guy was cool, he rather asked the astrologer if this union would not harm the girl. The astrologer said, it will be okay with her.. And he told her mother that we won’t tell this thing to girl's family.
Other people present over there were all stunned on the guy's reaction and started whispering things like 'love is blind' and stuff..
Yes, I agree it was brave of the guy and totally in love with the girl, but on the second thoughts, God forbids, if such thing happens to them after the wedding, the problem guy shall face can’t be overseen, but what about the girl? If something happens to the guy, the girl shall remain alone to suffer..
It isn't fair as far as my logic understand that. Tell me your stakes guys. Please note that I am not talking about belief in Astrology.

To tell you honestly, I can't believe predictions like this. Just because a person marries a particular person, will God make him die? No, I dont think so...
AGreed astrology is a science and many of it is proved, still I find it hard to believe..
BTW, the guy was indeed brave
I don't know. I'd love to say that I dont't believe but faced with the situation, who knows?
hmmm... well, i'm a believer of astrology, and its sad for such things to happen. well, yeah i get your logic but i guess for the guy and the girl now, it's more important that they are together, at least for as long as they can be. i mean, it's so much better if ppl who have already decided to go for a love marriage did not check their horoscopes and stuff, they are gonna marry anyway!
Nothing is going to happen to the guy, trust me :-).
It's another matter that if something were to happen, the family would be frying the gal.
And yes, I know a lot of guys who would do the same thing.

the thing wrong there is him not telling her about it .. later if both decide to take that chance .. and god forbidding smthing does go wrong with the boy.... the girl will suffer .. but no pains no gains ..
as i said him nt telling the girl though is wrong ..
i like this guy...wudnt i love to b like him...we shud b proud of such ppl...n dat astrologer shud b given a beating
If the guy believes in astrology... Then it isn't logical....
If he doesn't believe in astrology, he should never have gone there...For a pure heart like him.. he din't deserve going there....

And again, it is rather pointless to visit an astrologer when it comes to love marriage. Duh!!!

but this is the major truth in life.. who can predict what happens next?wouldnt then we be able to prevent disasters and terrorist attacks etc?
its the same case here... if they get married they will be blissfully happy right?since its a love marriage... what happens next will have to be borne bravely.. al least they had some fine moments together.. its like.. its better to be loved and lost than never to be loved at all..
I think of two ppl love each other and hav known each other for a while then they shudnt go by such predictions. Its time ppl start taking their own responsibility rather than blaming it on astrology and stuff!! I mean if the guy falls ill then the girl will take care of him and he'll be fine. And if the guy has to fall ill then it will happen as it is!hw can a girl coming into his life change it!?
You don't need astrologers to tell life wouldn't be the same after marriage!! :P About the girl... life HAS to go on... it might as well be the one your love wanted to see you like... the rest just follows...

a lot can change in terms of destiny, depending upon how the togetherness is worked!
astrology is something very confusing! though I am not a believer yet I cannot deny the power! but yes definitely in this era we cannot blindly follow this moreover he can always ask for the remedy mostly the astrologers suggest a way out:)
we cant live on fear and assumptions. if some one tells you that you might go through an accident, would you quit coming out of your house? its very natural to get affected by illness. lets hope the guy or his mother would not see the illness [if it happens] as the effect of marriage. i give full support to the guy.

Interesting the guy believed in the astrologer. Otherwise what was the point of asking him if his wife will not be harmed. So I guess he is okay with falling sick and leaving his wife a widow.

I am a believer of astrology.. and I also know ..that there are solution to such problems.. some yagnas and puja needs to be done to prevent such a happening..
Moreover for a relationship to work out.. understanding between the couple is far more important than astrologer .. we really cannot take actions on astrology alone...
hope nothing happens and everything goes well for them
God forbid.. if something does... am sure the guy will never blame the girl..
but surely all his relatives will and that can make her life miserable..
she will feel guilty and other will make her feel more guilty...
